How we use your details
Marlin Credit (Pty) Ltd (17 Victoria Road, Oakdale, Bellville) collects the details on this form to contact you about your enquiry and to assess your application, including the affordability assessment the National Credit Act requires. Fields marked * are needed to send the form; without them we can't process your enquiry. Step 2 is optional for now: your ID number is used for a credit check, and uploading documents is up to you.
The form sends your details straight to our client management system, which a service provider runs for us. We share information with credit bureaux and others only as our privacy policy explains, and some of our service providers process information outside South Africa. You can ask to see or correct your information, or object to its use, by contacting our Information Officer at info@marlincredit.co.za, and you can complain to the Information Regulator.
